CD Reviews

Great Progressive Power Metal!
Michael A. Carra | bronx, new york | 09/20/2007
(5 out of 5 stars)

"this my friends was a very surpriseing album. i never even heard of these guys before. well i've been missing out! they are awsome. best way to describe them is progressive power metal. very tight band! good guitar playing. if your a shred head you'll enjoy the leads very much. and very moody keyboard playing. the vocals are also some of the best i heard in power metal. i highly recommend this album!

for fans of dream theater, pagans mind, and evergrey, even fans of soilwork and in flames!"
Some Serenity and Some Metal!
Robert M. Lisanti | Peekskill, New York USA | 08/05/2008
(4 out of 5 stars)

"I'm on the fence with this album, I like it alot but also find it boring in some spots. The production is superb, the musicians are very good. The singer is above average( He sounds like Klaus Meine from Scorpions a little )

If you enjoy Vanden Plaus, Darkwater, Dream Theater etc then you will enjoy this album. I heard some of the new album due out Sept 9th, 2008 (its called Fallen Sanctuary ) and it sounds awesome!"
Sweet Bombast!
Lane R. Miller | Fuquay-Varina, NC | 02/03/2008

""Father, the sleeper has awakened." Indeed! New from central Europe, Serenity has more than awakened. With excellent song writing, Serenity expertly walks the tight rope of sweet melodies while never requiring an insulin injection (aka Styx). Oh, did I mention hard hitting riffage, thundering drums, and introspective moments among the mayhem? I can't wait to see these guys at Prog Power USA in September."
