"Sean Tyrrell is the best irish singer ever. He may not have the greatest voice but he has more inner feeling and prescence than any one else. He recorded this cd, his first, when he was 50 and after a long carreer in music. He has recorded two more cd's that are hard to find (try http://www.seantyrrell.com ) and will record a new cd this year. I have listened to this cd a thousand times in a thousane moods, and cant compare it to any other cd. Let's say he is in the same league as Christy Moore and Luka Bloom, just much better than them. Mostly his songs are poems set to music, or versions of other songs, but Tyrrell makes each one of his verion unique. If you have even the slightest interrest in irish music or folk music buy this cd. You won't regret it."
