Scott Matthew is a remarkably gifted Australian singer/songwriter based in NYC, blessed with an amazing voice of incredible power and emotive intensity (somewhere between Antony and Bowie). His debut album is purely magnetic, exposing the honesty, truth, beauty and sorrow central to human existence. Classical string arrangements are juxtaposed with minimalist ensembles of guitar, piano and ukulele supporting his exceptional, soulful voice. His songs have featured in the animated TV series' `Ghost In The Shell' and `Cowboy Bebop'. He contributed 5 stunning songs to the cult film `Shortbus' (also performing the songs in the film).
