"Really a classic, a must-have. Some people say that russian music is gloomy, but for me it's more likely to be spiritual or even a joyous proclamation of the glory of God through Nature. This cd contains, along with some not-so-familiar songs, the most famous folk songs, as Black Eyes (Otchii Chorniye), the green grass (Kalinka), The Volga Boat's Men Song, Stenka Razyn, etc."
