"This is real rockabilly at it's finest. It is amazing to me how it took me so long to find this one. Much more even quality from song to song than even the Perkins and Elvis Sun recordings.

You get his only big nationwide hit at Sun, "ooby dooby" and other great ones like "Go, Go, Go" but unlike the early Elvis and Perkins Sun stuff the quality of the songs is solid throughout. It is hard to believe Orbison was unhappy at Sun because he sure did'nt let that effect the music. Plenty of nice reverb/twangy guitar here and nice strong tunes too.

What a nice surprise for the early rockabilly fan. 10 stars!"
