"Let me start with who Ross Daly is ..He got Irish roots..Due to his parents jobs he travels all over the world during his childhood..He first gets interested into guitar then from there into indian music and there to Creten music..Does he make Indian or Creten music?/NO..The music he makes is completely unique..What can we call his music..what can we call the music he makes??Well I would say just music..We could call it ethnic music..

Ross Daly can play quite a few instruments...they vary from Turkish saz to Afghan rebab..he can actually play tens of instruments but one thing he likes playing is of course the Cretan Lyra..(by the way he lives in Crete)

His music should be listened to appreciate..he has got more than 10 albums..

People who like ethnic music with a great touch of inspration should definetely listen to his music..
