"An English friend turned me on to Roots Manuva--how did I sleep on this sick MC? I'm from Washington DC so I was skeptical. English hip-hop?! This guy is the [...]. Since I'm the first reviewer I'll break it down for you:



1. Mind To Motion: 10/10 Use your mind to motion. Please lord forgive me for my sinny sin sins--dope track

2. Awfully Deep: 10/10 Title track. This CD is awfully deep

3. Cause 4 Pause: 10/10 1:11 of breathing room

4. Colossal Insight: 8/10 Self-conscious phat joint

5. Too Cold: 11/10 INSTANT classic--well worth the price of the album! Life is hard but it's just too bad man.

6. A Haunting: 8/10 This whole CD is haunted

7. Rebel Heart: 10/10 the real fast paced hip-hop

8. Chin High: 10/10 Keep your chin up

9. Babylon Medicine: 8/10 Long live the ugly

10. Pause for Cause: 8/10 Another break, no stupid skits here

11. Move Ya Loin: 9/10 It's grown on me

12. Thinking: 8/10 The hook is a little iffy
