"GIVE ME THE GROOVE is a heartfelt testament to Grover Washington Jr.'s legacy in the Smooth Jazz world. You can hear the love in every note of each Grover cover...but it's with his own compositions that I think Rocco Ventrella really shines! My favorites have got to be the tender "Sensuality," the soulful "On the Night" and his passionate "I Receive Your Love"...but for first-time listeners to this Italian saxophonist, ya gotta appreciate his phenomenal work on "Soulful Strut" and "Feel Like Making Love" as they are simply incredible! If you love sax, this is a MUST for anyone's Smooth Jazz library. Belissimo, Rocco! Give me more grooves like this one!"

"Rocco Ventrella new cd is a must, his sound is very good and the arrangements are almost perfect, soulful strut is probably the best song of the album and the sound is very smooth, goes along beautiful when you are driving
