Gallic ear candy

"This album is one of my suprise favorites of the year. I previously heard Rinôçérôse when the song "La Guitaristic House Organisation" was on a VW commercial in 2000. I didn't really look into them again until I saw they had this compilation out. I ended up getting it and being pleasantly suprised. If you like Daft Punk, then you'll find plenty to like with Rinôçérôse.

The music, in general, is highly polished guitar driven house. However, they go all over the place as far as the kind of music they make- from slow dubs, to funk, screaming rock (The Cubicle Song), to juicy French house. All in all, they manage to keep their own unique sound, and not be a rip off of any one artist.

They are, in my opinion, very underrated and are really deserving of much more exposure."
