The best of who?

"First of all this is a two disc set containing 24 instrumental Sinatra favorites. Though professionally played by a Latvian orchestra, the arrangements are not that of such famed Sinatra arrangers, Nelson Riddle, Billy May, etc. The recorded sound is pleasing but some of the tracks are barely recognizable when compared to the originals. So all in all this experience is likened to a Chinese cook preparing an Italian dinner. Just so you know before you purchase."
