"Popular voice actress and singer Rie Tanaka, who speaks and sings songs as Lacus Clyne and as Meer Campbell in Mobile Suit Gundam Seed and Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny, plays Chii (Chi) in Chobits and sings around a dozen or so Chobits songs, a number of which are heard in the Chobits animation (anime) series on both the Japanese and English tracks. This music album CD by Rie Tanaka, 24 Wishes, includes several Chobits songs: 1) Track 2 - "Happy-go-lucky"; 2) Track 4 - "Ningyo Hime" ("Mermaid Princess"), the full version of the hauntingly beautiful Chobits second ending theme song; 3) Track 6 - "I hear you everywhere," a new mix version of the Chii insert song heard on the 24th and final episode of Chobits; 4) Track 7 - "Hitomi no Tonneru" ("Tunnel of the Eyes"), a Chii character song from the "Raison d'etre" CD maxi single; 5) Track 8 - "Sweet Sweet," an alternate version of "Raison d'etre," the Chobits first ending theme song; and 6) Track 10 - "Shiranai Sora" ("The Unknown Sky"), a poignant Chii image song from the Chobits Daremo Inai Machi (Chobits: A City With No People) picture book CD. Track 9, "Midori no Mori" ("Green Forest"), is a breezy bossa nova tune with lyrics by Rie Tanaka, music by F. Giraud, arrangement by Morning Musume arranger Shin Kohno, and duet vocal by Pizzicato Five founding member Keitarou (K-Taro) Takanami."
