Great Brazilian jazz

"This is one of three of his offerings that I own. His playing is crisp and inventive and the selections range from playful to slow tempo. I would classify him as a bit of an edgy Oscar Castro Neves. He works his licks and leaves you feeling happy and wanting a bit more. Fantastic!"

"I don't know how could I've overlooked to rate this amazing CD for so many years; but anyway, here are my 5 stars and a few more described in these few lines.

This CD is one of 3-4 that Ricardo was able to take to the very top (No.1 in Jazz categories) between the late 80's and early 90's.
