"I have been waiting for Rydian Roberts to release his first CD and I must say it was worth the wait. Rhydian certainly did not disappoint. He is a world class talent and I suspect that this is just the first of many CD's that Rydian will be releasing over the next several decades. His is a timeless talent that will never go out of style; an instant classic."
Awesome Voice And Talent

"Rhydian as a person is charming well mannered and self effacing.
On stage he is charismatic and instantly connects with his audience. He has a brilliant bel canto Baritone Voice. He has the ability to cover a huge range of music styles. He isn't sentimental but emotionally moves his audiences.
The Album isn't enough to give anything but a glimpse of His talent. He makes these tracks his own. He surprises you with his performances because Rhydian inhabits his songs! The duet arrangement 'What If' is genius and works at a number of levels, set to be a duet classic. Impossible Dream is Awesome and Epic not an ideal dreamer but a driven visionary! He masters and conquers Queen and MeatLoaf numbers with a sublimity that will leave you stunned.
There is vocal power here with crystal clear diction and yes every note spot on every word pronounced! His musicality and technique perfection!
It is a genuine classic that you will be playing 50 years from now and still marveling at the awesome talent that is Rhydian. A sobering thought is that his Voice is perhaps 10-15 years away from its peak!
Rhydian's singing is set to touch millions of lives world wide! He is that very rare thing a unique talent in his own right!"
Superb vocalist

"I'm not a fan of X Factor - commercialised claptrap mainly, but I have to admit that last year I did put my head around the door to watch Rhydian. I loved his Phantom of the Opera performance. It's one of my all time favourite musicals and I would definitely pay to see Rhydian star in this.
The album Rhydian contains many of my favourite tracks from the show and several others. I have listened to it repeatedly. I think Rhydian has a Meatloaf type voice and I loved his version of Not a dry eye in the house. I never thought I'd pay to see an x Factor contestant, but Rhydian is class, his vocals are superb and I will definitely be seeing him in concert in April, and if he ever does the Phantom, I will be first in the queue. I highly recommend Rhydian.

"Yay! Finally managed to get a copy of Rhydian's debut album, after the nightmarish supermarket sales fiasco! What can i say? As a debut, it's completely outstanding! Rhydian should bring out at least three tracks as singles. Impossible Dream, Im coming home again and the superb duet What If.
One tiny point, I would have preferred more original tracks and less covers, but saying that Rhydian's versions were superb.
Rhydian has remarkable talent, and I am sure he will be around for decades to come.

Not Everyone Can
Howard C. Evans | Billings, MT | 04/23/2009

"Rhydian has the voice quality which makes him stand out from all the competition. Not only does he have a warm tone, he has a wide range, great breath control and volume. His choice of music reflects these qualities and, as his confidence and repertoire increases, he will be able to express himself even more. We should all remember that this is his first album (which I think is outstanding) and he will only get better as time passes.
Because he is ambitious and has moral character he is the sort of entertainer which parents could feel comfortable allowing their children to follow. He is unabashed to sing religious songs and songs of remembrance and yearning. There is melody and warmth in his performance, a far cry from today's genre.
He is a flower in the bud stage and will grow into full bloom we expect."
