With the mini album The Dark Secret, the Italian Epic-Metal band Rhapsody has provided a pre-taste of the forthcoming longplay album that is due in September. In the form of a new saga, Rhapsody takes the listener on a musical adventure, featuring grand epic, fast metal tracks and sonic landscapes with stirring narrative that will be the debut of a new style of Heavy Metal music created by Rhapsody: Film Score Metal. After five critically acclaimed albums, The Dark Secret was recorded in four different studios in Europe with appearances by more than a dozen international guest soloists. Supported by the entire Bohuslav Martinu Philharmonic Orchestra from the Czech Republic as well as a 50 piece choir this new CD will set the world of Symphonic Metal on fire. Following a 2 year absense from the studio, it is finally time for a new journey, a new adventure and a new album from Rhapsody that will shake the metal universe.
