A very "kind" album

"I'm surprised no one's stepped forward to review Raz's first release. It's a very tripped out, smoke-hazed, heavily stoned, jazzy, trancey, DnBish at times release. You have to hear it for yourself to truly appreciate it. Definitely merits 4 stars, maybe 1/2 more, but not quite "perfect" or "classic" enough for 5. Besides, you can't rate an album lower than 3 stars for covering one of the Pixies' all time best songs, "Where Is My Mind?" Bad ass! Lyrically, RTV is tight, with "Paid Voyeur" and "Ass for Cash" as standouts. Raz is one white boy who can really "rap." Pretty good for a European dude; he's German, Dutch, or Danish - not sure which. "Living for tomorrow/ Longing for the past""
