4-Tay is back and pretty solid once again
G$ | B-More, MD | 12/29/2005
(4 out of 5 stars)

"4-Tay is back with his 2nd album of '99, just 5 months after his last one, and his 5th album. Of the 5 of his I albums I own (from 94, 96, 97, this one, and 03) it's probably my 3rd or 4th favorite, but still pretty solid. As with all his albums you get a good amount of songs and a long album with tight funky production and game spittin' lyrics, nothing new here. With 16 songs, 2 I skip, 4 are ok, the other 10 are good. Guests are on a lot of the songs, only 4 of the 16 are just 4-Tay, but they're some bigger names and some unknowns from the west on here. Production is tight as I said. Massive does 4 songs, Shorty B and Blaqthoven each do 3 songs, Philly does 2, andFredwreck, Daz Dillinger, Black C (of RBL posse), Tony G each do 1. A nice album for bay-area rap fans or 4-Tay fans to have.

"Rappin 4TAY is one of the most underrated rappers in the game. I hate the way them New Yorkers (...) being hatin on the WestCoast. This album should have gone multi platnium and nothing less.4Tay is probably my second favorite Bay Area rapper, being right under Dru Down. This album has got to be 4Tays best album, I only have two of his but this album is so tight this is got to be his best. It's alot of featured people on here such as Snoop,Daz,Kurupt, the original Mack "Max Julien",Jayo Felony,Tray Dee,Roger Troutman, the legendary (...) "Magic Bishop Don Juan",
Tha Outlawz,Thug Life, and many others. The production on here is top notch 4Tays raps is always on point,it's just the album to have.If you want some music you can relate to and make you feel good get this joint right here."
