Super pop power canadian group returned in 1979 with this recording, their third album, and gave us again a well balanced mixture of pop, hard, soft & light progressive songs that showed the maturity and intensity of the group's powerful gimmicks, amazing keyboard textures and the flexible tone voices of Ron Tabak (RIP), former lead singer of the group.

The material offers the well same estructured formula of its predecesors keeping the interest for listeners.

A night to remember, shows the soft romantic side of the band (It's Over, You're my reason or You're like the wind). Comin' Home it's the kind of rhythmic hipnotic song included in all the Prism recordings (Just like Me, I ain't looking Anymore). Mirror Man appears like a well crafted light progressive song (Vladivostok)that finish the album like a glorious succesor of See forever Eyes. Another songs like Virginia or Jealousy keeps the happy spirit of Flyin' or Hello. Without a doubt an excelent album inside the Ron Tabak's period... For years I was looking for this recordings on cd, and finally here they are...So "take it or leave it"...Good Luck!"

"As a kid from Surrey B.C. we listened to Prism all the time and this album brings back so many great memories. My cousin lived 2 blocks from the lead singer, Ron Tabak and he had many great conversations with him. Armagedden is truly one of the finest power pop albums you will ever hear. great ballads, great rockers."

"I used to have this on 8-track (you're too young if you have to ask.) I have been looking for this CD everywhere; nobody has it in their catalogue.Band member Jim Vallence wrote a lot of hits with Bryan Adams. You won't regret getting this."
