"Plexus(noun,meaning:a network of blood vessels,nerves,etc)is an east coast trio that plays sort of a disco-like drum 'n bass electronic dance music that has apparently been a favorite in certain clubs in and around their home turf and a little beyond.As I checked out this CD a few times,I couldn't help but to notice the band had played some rather complex rhythms set to several songs that had a nice arrangement here and there.Even though this has never even been a remote favorite genre of mine,I can tell you that Plexus put their hearts into the making of their first(so far)disc effort.A couple of the tracks that I thought were good are "Asia Minor","Rocket Science" and "Inner Space".Line-up is:Ernie Adzentoivich-bass,Allen Towbin-guitar&other instruments and Tobias Ralph-percussion.Might appeal to fans of The New Deal,Disco Biscuits and Lake Trout.Understand the guys have a second album in which they're currently shopping for a label to release it."
