It's Play Against The World!

(5 out of 5 stars)

"I think Play is a great great band! I've seen them like 2 times for a concert @ Disneyland and a Meet & Greet in Hollywood! They are really really nice people! Us Against the World is one of there greatist hits they've ever sang! Play is a girl group from Sweden. Four girls total. Faye Hamlin, Anais Lameche, Anna Sundstrand, and Rosie Munter. Actually Faye left the group and in late 2003, Janet (I forgot her last name!) joined the group. You might have first seen Play on Holiday In The Sun featuring Mary-Kate and Ashley! I didn't know what the name of the band was until a few months later. I was searching for what their name was and though they were No Secrets! LOL! But they broke up. Thank God Play didn't brake up! Thanx to Janet Leon! (Yay! I remembered her last name now!) LOL! They have released Play (Mini Album) Replay, Don't Stop The Music, and they just released their new Christmas album on November 23 (today) called Play Around The Xmas Tree! I hope my reveiw helped! If it did, PLEASE CLICK THE YES BUTTON BELOW MY REVIEW![...]"

"For their first music cd/single Play sound amazing!!!

Us Against The World 5/5: I can really relate to this song. It's all about going through all of life's problems (excpecially boys) and how friends will always be there for eachother. This song is so catchy and you can't get it out of your head!

Boys Lie 5/5:My favorite song of all time. Even though it's just the first verse and chorus it has not only a beautiful melody but also great vocals. I love when Faye says "If you're an angel I don't see wings" with her strong voice. This song wasn't realesed on their 1st album and it's a shame they didn't. On the Official MSN Play chat the girls said they didn't release it because some boys got offended by it. I can see what they mean since they say in the song "All the guys are all the same","Boys are different their not like us", and "To them it's not a sin just a game that they must win", but it's still a really great song. A++++++++++++

I Don't Get Down Like That 4/5: I love songs that are mixed with different styles! This song has some pop but also a little bit of R&B. It's all about how a guy wants a girl to break up with her boyfriend and go with him. She's told him more than once she won't break up with her boyfriend, but he acts like he's clueless and doesn't know she said no. I love the music, lyrics, and great vocals. This song is also a clip but it still rocks!

To Live and To Die For 5/5: This song is so amazing. The music sounds kind of spiritual (hehe) and the piano in the beginning is cool. The girls sing very good in this song and Faye really sounds awesome when she sings "SHOULD OF TOLD YOU BUT I WAS AFRAID" with her strong voice. She really hits the note perfectly. The chorus is even cooler. It's so beautiful and I love this song.

Is It Love 3/5:On my rating for their self-titled album(which also features this song), I gave this song 5/5. But that was because that song was the full version and this is only a clip. The full version has this one part I love which isn't featured on here. I also love the lyrics. It's all about falling in love your first time. You don't know that you're really in love, but you want to find out. Faye and Anais always sing the verses but in this song Rosie and Anna sing the verse so it's really cool.

This single deserves a lot of credit. This was Play's first piece of music and they did a great job. This single is worth every penny. It's the best single I've ever heard."

"I know you guys think that Play is Just another pop band but there are so much more. They were only 12-14 when this came out (now their 15-17 but thats beside the point). You don't have to like pop music to liek play. I HATE pop music but for some odd reason I can't get enough of them. I even payed over 100$ to have all there DVDs and New Cds from the states (not sold in canada...or wasen't but is now) So sad that play left...Janet is too young (13 while they are 15-17) But ne way you have got to love this CD"
