CD ReviewsAnother solid release ... Beandog | Clinton, IA | 04/19/2007 (4 out of 5 stars) "Endangered is another solid album by one the best melodic metal bands around. Following Electrified and Sonic Dynamite had to be a daunting task - those albums are as close to perfect as you can get, if not perfect. Endangered comes very close with maybe a little harder edge to it. The songs are mostly heavier rockers with only one true ballad, but they retain the melody that is such a signature of PC69.
Song Highlights include: Promised Land, Don't Need Your Touch, High As A Mountain, Shadows Of Time, Pinball Wizard(I usually am not a big fan of covers, but this one's very good) and One Time Is Not Enough. Fans of Pink Cream 69 should like this album(as with all others); newer fans would want to start with Electrified, Sonic Dynamite or Thunderdome." |
