"Alicia de Larrocha has recorded most (if not all) of Mozart's Piano sonatas as brilliant, technical renditions. Although her playing may be sound cold to some, her style seems to me light and playful (the way one would imagine Mozart himself played). This last Volume doesn't rank 5 stars only because the pieces themselves aren't Mozart's strongest. The Andante of K.533 is somewhat uninspired and K.576 seems derivative of his earlier works but all in all the pieces are solid. Her playing is excellent as always and I would recommend this disc, but only to those who have already bought the first volume."
