It, for the most part, does exactly what the title indicates it should do. It puts you in the frame of mind to go deeper into your consciousness and contemplate what you find there. My one complaint is that the piano solos in the second selection are diconsering in that they break into the sense of serenity that is built up before they occur." One word -DEPRESSING!
