"Okay, folks, if you're a Peter Gabriel fan of his POP material, then this album is not for you. But if you watched the movie and realize you are buying a movie soundtrack and not a pop album, then buy this. This album represents Peter Gabriel's commitment to world music and his Real World Studio. This, in my opinion, represents one of the most powerful movie soundtracks ever produced. This album is beautiful and I applaud all who dive into this delicious audio masterpiece."

"I am amazed people are upset in here for purchasing this CD and expecting to hear Shock the Monkey type of music. The soundtrack was written for a spiritual film (not necessary religious) and on that note Mr. Gabriel has created an amazing album that fits the region, time and people.

I would go as far as saying that there are tracks on this CD which are timeless. I have few friends who consider this CD among the very best in their collection and some have multiple copies. If you enjoy meditative music I can not recommend this CD enough. This is a haunting and mesmerizing album. Thanks you Peter Gabriel for this gem."
