CD Reviews

Not super;More like kryptonite.

"I have been a fan of Peobo Bryson music since his first album on
Capital records in 1977. I do NOT have this cd nor do I want it.
It has 3 hits. "Beauty and the Beast","A Whole New World" and
"Can You Stop The Rain?"The first two songs were terrific crossover meterial but showcase the voices of Celine Dion
and Regina Belle more than his. The rest of these songs may
soundpleasent but were not hits. For the real Peabo buy the Capital records anthology and the Electra records "Straight From The Heart"which featured "If Ever You're in My Arms Again". Maybe Electra will release the singles from his albums
with them as an anthology. And they should throw in
"More than Everything"his duet with Roberta Flack
from the "Live And More"album.
Roberta was the live and Peobo was the more."
Smooth!!!!!!!!!

"I originally bought this cd for "Can you stop the rain" While I'm not crazy about all the songs on it,It is very soothing to play while driving. Some standout tracks are "Why Goodbye" "Shower you with love" "Closer than close" and "Lost in the night" I only wish they had put a lyric sheet with it.I was turned on to this cd by hearing "Can you stop the rain " on the radio. I love that song .The day I got this cd I played that song for over an hour over and over. If you want smooth easy listining then this is your cd.Play this one for those long romantic nights."
