Three-time Billboard charting pianist and Stone Angel Music executive Paul Cardall becomes reflective about his life with his 12th studio release LIVING FOR EDEN. The two-disc set that contains 24 original songs. Disc one features twelve upbeat, raw, emotional pop instrumentals, while disc two contains nothing but heartfelt piano solos tenderly performed and improvised on his own piano in the living room of his home. Cardall was born with a congenital heart defect and has struggled with health issues throughout his life. Songs like 1986 and 1987 capture the emotions he felt during a time when he underwent major heart surgery. The tune, A Peace of My Heart, celebrates his recent 35th birthday. Other tunes such as Living for Eden, Our Love, November, and Hope are reflections of Cardall s love at being a father to his nearly three-year-old daughter Eden. In the CD linear notes Cardall writes, Music is a means to an end for me. It s a gift that allows me to share emotions that reflect my life s philosophy.
