All music arranged, performed and produced by best-selling pianist Paul Cardall. Jonathon Shults co-produced and played the underline bass adding emotional depth and strength to the piano performance by Paul Cardall. Paul also provided some midi programming adding an ambient feel to each arrangement. Steve Nelson is a master on the Cello. Randy Herbert performs light percussion adding more elements to to enrich the listening experience. And Joshua Waldron provides simple acoutist guitar grooves.

A HOLIDAY MUST FOR ANY COLLECTOR!!!

"This new holiday recording from pianist Paul Cardall is one of his best. He presents an ambient soothing collection of some of my holiday favorites. His version of Bach's "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" is brilliant. A strumming cello, as though it was a guitar, is so innovative and expressive. "Away in A Manger" slowly builds in its dynamics to a powerful release. We've heard his version of "Silent Night" and "Still Still Still" from THE CHRISTMAS BOX recording but Paul added ambient effects to strengthen the beauty of his previous recorded material. "Il Est Ne, Le Divin Enfant" the french carol grooves but it is very light jazz. It feels like its floating in the air. It's beautiful. The whole cd is wonderful. There is a lot of passion in this recording. I can't think of a better new age christmas recording.....It feels like he merged the style of his HYMNS CD and FAITHFUL."
