"I stumbled upon Otis Gibbs while listening to satellite radio and was immediately intrigued by his unique voice. It is raw and full of emotion. Kind of grabs you and won't let go. The album begins with Caroline (my favorite)a truly haunting song. Then you are off on a journey across small town America from fair grounds to truck stops. Gibbs sings about those you see but don't have the courage to approach but when you listen to the music you are right there with them. It's not a happy album but the artistry is amazing."
