Pugliese is an Outstanding Piano Player, Composer and Orchestra Conductor. He Debuted as a Pianist in 1921. In 1925, He Took Part in the Pedro Maffia Orchestra and Later Formed a Group with Elvino Vardaro. Furthermore, He was Part of Groups with Roberto Firpo, the Singer Charlo and Miguel Caló. In 1939, He Formed his Own Orchestra. He Died in 1995 at the Age of 90.
