Ordered twice, second time was a charm

"The final place we ordered this from was prompt an immediate (through Amazon but not purchase from Amazon). Conidering the uniqueness of the item the process was painless. The original order direct from Amazon was difficult. They said they had the item but then downgraded to back order then down graded to not on order. This took several months. With the original order in November an the final notification of not being able to fulfill the order being in April Amazon could do a little better job."
