Delightful music, superb playing!

"The artists who on this recording are three of the finest oboists that I have ever heard on record. Their beautiful tones match each other perfectly, and their ensemble is so superb that it is as if they have been performing with each other for decades. Besides the well known Beethoven Trios, this recording includes several obscure but delightful works by Triebensee, who wrote for this combination with great skill. Highly recommended!!"
