Each song was written, produced and performed by NonMos, and all mixing and mastering was done by Grammy-award winning engineer Matt Sandoski of Airshow Mastering. The CD is a tour through the gut-wrenching experiences of his childhood and adolescence, encompassing topics such as being cheated on, an emotionally absent father, and scars left from years of peer abuse and suicidal behavior. It is aptly named to reflect the cathartic nature of the album, and the result speaks for itself.
