There is a Sonic Youth influence, but in my mind MOore and Renaldo together are no match for CLine. CLine is starting to get noticed and perhaps his trio albums will be available here soon, LIttle Brother Records DOES have them in stock. I think this and Chest are slightly better than Sad and I prefer all of his own releases since the trio broke up but this is great stuff still!"
