CD Reviews

Jakoff lite - and other fairies.......
Exxxxx | shack in the wilderness. | 11/05/2005
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This Jack Light kid is a total p-ssy. I noticed you only write reviews on psycho+logical albums and completely sh-t all over them. You don't like Necro??? Great!!! Stick to your Cornball "J5" safe hip hop and don't allow any "cowardly" hip hop artist to warp and destroy your feeble little mind. Necro would snuff you in the mouth for being such a little b-+-h. Talk about being a coward, sitting there comfortably talking sh-t on your parents computer. You kook.

With that said, ignore his little sermon and peep this out. If you still live at home with mom and dad, go to church, and pee the bed then stay away from this. If you dig quality beats and brutal rhymes delivered by true emcee's then pick this up. This is one of the best releases from Psycho+Logical. Standout cuts include - "Dopesick", "Swordfish" and my personal favorite "Reign in Blood". Unless you have problems distinguishing fantasy from reality, this is a must buy."
Not Gory Days or I Need Drugs

(4 out of 5 stars)

"This CD is very good, however it is definitely not as good as Gory Days or I Need Drugs. The beats are very dark, as is typical with Necro production, but they are missing something. I think what is missing is the fire from his previous two albums. The beats are a bit more laid back, more chill. But "Reign in Blood" is one of the tightest track I have ever heard and makes this album well worth it. Swordfish, Anguish & Aggression, and Morbid S**t are pretty good too. Oh, If you don't have it go cop Street Villians. It's Necro and Ill Bill over top of mainstream beats and some remixes. The production is not Necro's but his rhymes are simply amazing on that album."
Best overall cd for 2003

"I love this cd to death, quite literally. Every track is God except for the last few which I view as filler (other then that dope remix on the very last track), but you can't deny Necro on his lyrics even if the last few beats fall flat. This is real hip-hop, so all you pop lovers beware! A man with this much talent deserves to be worshiped. Goretex, Ill Bill, and Sabac all come hotter then my bodily fluids on a friday night, Mr. Hyde's track is killer too. Too bad Goretex is such a flake and won't see a solo release on Psycho-Logical. Lookin forward to the solo Ill Bill: What's Wrong With Bill-- hittin' the streets next year. Keep it up Necro, I love you with all my blackened heart...."
