If you like blues at all (or music in general). . . this is a TREASURE TROVE of entertainment!!!! Duffy has a strong powerful voice and Fly the Rocket takes it through its wide range of talent!!!! I can not give enough praise to this CD and Duffy . . ."
Full House!

"The Duffy Bishop Band is a BIG Band complete with Guitar, Bass, Sax, Clarinet, Flute, Drums, Piano, Organ, Trumpets, Congas, Shaker, Tamborine and the wide ranging vocals of Duffy Bishop. The Band puts out over 73 minutes of original low key, often jazzy, Big Band blues in the style of a Roomful of Blues. The arrangement on all songs is first rate, the lyrics are wity and clever and the vocals are excellent. This music is for quite times and goes better with a glass of wine rather than a bottle of beer. If you like that Big Band sound with sultry, powerful vocals, this is your CD. While not my music preference, its so well done that I had to give it a full house or 5 stars."
Great CD! Duffy's done it again!

"Duffy's one of my favorites, but this CD shows why she should be an internationally recognized star, not just a regional hit. The CD works through several genres including blues, swing, and jazz, but it all fits together nicely. Plus, Duffy and husband Chris Carlson have worked their legendary humor into many of the songs they've written. I can't say enough nice things about this project. It's really that good."
