"I really think that these young women are the true ambassadors of French soul music. On this album, which is their second one (they've also released a live - Nat(l)ive - with English tracks, even a Brazilian one ...), they've worked with among others Jon Lind co-author of Boogie Wonderland (EWF) which is covered on this album on a phantom track. Even if "La Couleur est détail", Chris and Laura Maine remains the most beautiful french black voices... . This album is very good and I stil play it with a huge pleasure. Long Live to NATIVE !!!"
Well done, girls!

"This album meets every expectation you might have. The voices of the sisters Chris and Laura Mayne (= Native) fit very well to their smooth souly music. No wonder they're the darlings of French TV and appear almost weekly on the screen with some live performance. If you thought only English-language music was good, think again and listen to this!"
