N.E.D. plays an eclectic mix of original indie rock that appeals to fans of U2, Foo Fighters, Rush, and Weezer. The songs explore themes of love, loss, healing, and the power of music. Will be publicized widely on cancer advocacy websites, women's interest websites, music interest websites, and in mainstream media. Tie-in with the promotional campaigns for Gynecologic Cancer Month (September 2009) and the launch of the new Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Movement (GCAM), which takes place in November 2009 with a gala, race, and N.E.D. performance in Washington DC.
