"Mystic...wow! She does something for me on this album; the way she brings her dramatic edge ever so smooth and peaceful. Lyrics filled with nothing less than truth and complimented with an array of musical styles (jazzy neo-soul, hip hop, nice drums, conscious lyrics). Stand out cuts are "Here We Are", "The Life", "Be Free", and the bonus cut "Breathe". Guest appearances include Mos Def and Planet Asia (although not mentioned). This album doesn't waste your time with album filler, instead Mystic blesses every selection with some of the most beautiful "scars and cuts". Underrated classic."
