CD Reviews

Where did this kid come from?

"I dont know where Myron came from but i dont want him to go back. One of the most impressive debuts ive ever heard. the only other debuts that would rank among the best would be Carl Thomas, R. Kelly, Maxwell, and Joe. That is an elite group to be mentioned among w/out a doubt. Im not surprised that this cd didnt much press because i believe it only realeased one single (Destiny) and that got minimal play. Still, this kid brings a new style of voice and production to the table of r/b. Definitely made this album for himself because he is in no way tryin to sell out to make money. Lyrically, musically, vocally, this is a masterpiece. Other than the two songs "So Fly" and "Hit it" every song on this album is a gem. Among the best are "Heavenly Girl", "Angel", " and "Give my all to you". But that doesnt mean that the others arent any good. IN FACT any song on this album, except for the two waste songs previously mentioned, is an excellent song. A definite classic for anyone who truly appreciates r/b. I'm taking the resposibility of spreading the word about this kid to all those who i feel would really love this. A true R/b album. Amazing."
One of the finest debuts in R&B of the late nineties

"With Destiny Myron came out of nowwhere and shocked myself and many others with this smooth CD.

1. We Can Get Down - A nice uptempo track and great way to start the CD.

2.So Fly - Another fast track not as good as the first but still fun.

3. Destiny - Myron's signature song and lead single. Smooth Harmonies and lush vocals

4.Come Around - Another gem of a slow song

5.See You Cry - The only weak ballad on the CD because it was a tad preachy for my tastes

6.So Damn Much - A sexual/missing you song that starts out a pattern of four banging slow cuts back to back

7.Heavenly Girl - One of the best songs on the CD, Myron shows his range and helps the panties come off

8. Give My All To You - Easily a wedding song and the best song on the CD

9.Hit It - Another sexual slow song that works

10. Eastside Girl - Another weak fast cut

11. You're My Everything - Myron shines again on this slow cut

12. Angel- Smooth slow song

13. Destiny rmx - Rmx to the track 3 but I prefer the oringial

This is one of the best modern R&B CD's made it's just too bad Myron didn't get all the recongtion he desevered. If you can find this CD buy it you won't be disapointed."
