The monolithic closer, In The Next Life(A Requiem) is MacIntyre's Life On Mars." 8/10 NME Mull Historical Society is the alias for one manband Colin MacIntyre and on this album he continues to deliver melancholy yet humorous indie wit. Lyrically there are several nods to the band's namesake 'This Is The Hebrides', 'Treescavangers'. Other standard topics such as love are covered as best seen in the album's lead single 'How Bout I LoveYou More'.
