Amazing Song, Remixers & Remixes...Just Amazing!!!

"'As the Rush comes' is a mega cool hardcore trance song. the strong pulsing beat goes well with the brilliant vocals presents and eerie whispers and 'ahh's. the song was produced by Gabriel & Dresden, they seem to continue their consistency with releasing good songs/remixes. the 2nd track which starts off the remixes of the single is the 'Gabriel & Dresden Sweeping Strings Remix'. it's technically not really a remix but rather an extended version of the 1st track clocking in at nearly 11 minutes. it's the brilliance of the first track just more of it! the extended version gives the song a chance to flow abit more naturally, the radio edit of the song seems kind of abrupt but that is rectified here. the 'Armin Van Buuren's Universal Religion Remix' is the 3rd track and continues the trance styling. this track however has a more enigmatic feel to it. armin van buuren uses the ethereal 'ahhh's and whispers from the track quite ingeniously...he brings into focus the whispers that are to be present while the vocals are being sung. even some jungle type sounds are throw in for originality. this remix is a really smooth one and lives up to my expectations of armin van buuren. the 'above & beyond dynaglide remix' again is another trance type remix. they remain true to their unique style of trance. if you've ever heard an above & beyond remix, then you'll absolutely love this remix, they always do a great job!. while all the other mixes on this single try to focus on an enigmatic sound, good ole above & beyond try to be a little bit different from the rest and stay true to their sound. their usual hyper trance style is used, while they do throw in some synths that try to maintain a very mysterious sound, this remix out of the whole lot is the most energetic and fun to listen to. the last mix 'Gabriel & Dresden Chillout Mix' is the most subdued version of the song...which is really obvious by the title. this remix is truly a great remix, it was a good idea to invlude a good chillout mix of the song since that would really take advantage of the enigmatic feel of the song and take it to the max! Gabriel & Dresden do not fail to please, the synths used seem to create a very icy feel and the song reaches a whole new level of uncanny. the video is also included as a nice bonus, it's just the vocalist in a dark-ish room dancing with some other people, it's nice and simple. altogether with just under 40 minutes of music this is a no brainer! this single boasts some great remixes by top-notch remixers at their best. for every trance addict out there, if this is not in your collection you should get this immediately of else something is seriously wrong with you haha! actually any person with the slightest or remote interest in trance or even dance music, this is a really worth the money!"
Motorcycle Reved Me Up With "As The Rush Comes"

"This song was originally released to some other label around a year ago. Now it's released on Positiva. I grew to like this song a lot. This is definitely a trance hit. And the female vocals are excellent ("we drift deeper into the sun, life goes on").
The CD single includes the radio edit (as usual to just about all CD singles) and mixes by Gabriel & Dresden, Armin van Buuren, and Above & Beyond plus a music video for the PC. The Gabriel & Dresden sweeping strings mix is the extended remix of the radio edit. The name "Motorcycle" must be a different moniker for Gabriel & Dresden. G&D also have a chillout remix in the CD single. I like it.
Once again, another reason why trance is still alive. I see a bright future for trance. There's also a possible good future for Motorcycle (or perhaps Gabriel & Dresden) if they release another new single."

"one of the best trance hits. i love every remix of this song but my favourite has to be the gabriel & dresden chillout mix...by far. amazing song."
