"I bought this cd before my child was born. AS Jazz lovers, my husband and I thought it was an excellent way to introduce our child to jazz. We were wrong, it was the ABSOLUTE BEST way to introduce our child to jazz! She loves it! Its not sappy or corny, but it is fun and sometimes silly. This cd puts my daughters purple dinosaur friend to shame! She sways, bops and tries to sing. I have also used it with my class (first grade). Its an interesting take on nursery rhymes. My kids especially enjoy Mary Had A Little Lamb. (What did you do? Right on my shoe! ) A definite good purchase."

"The Mother Goose Jazz Band's Go With the Flow is a wonderful introduction to jazz for children . . . and equally enjoyable for adults. Children are attracted to the jazzy arrangements of nursery rhymes, while their parents tap their feet to professional jazz. I have given this album as a gift to many children . . . and their parents. They all love it and never tire of the wide variety of songs . . . nor do I! Go With the Flow makes everyone feel so good . . . and it's educational besides. It teaches children to love music. You will not be disappointed with Go With the Flow!"
Grandchildren's delight

"Having lived in the Netherlands for 25 years but never having quite lost my American roots, I searched for a cd of quality American music to give my dutch grandchildren- and I found it! The Mother Goose Jazz band uses familiar nursery rhymes encapsulated in the contempory genre of jazz without sacrificing musical excellence. Knowing the compulsive need of small children to play again and again those songs that capture their fancy and imagination, one would think a grandmother's sensibilities would be tried to the breaking point but lo and behold! I found the tunes pleasurably running around in my head. I look forward to next release from that talented group."
Jazz for Kids?

"We bought this CD for our 12 month old based on the reviews. Our son immediately started dancing (swaying, bouncing, moving his head) when he heard the CD. It has become a nightly ritual and I think that the parents actually like the album better than our son. I admit, I find myself humming the original rhythms of row row row your boat, mary had a little lamb and farmer in the dell at work to help stay relaxed. A great addition to the family music library."

"This jazz cd is WONDERFUL! I play it in the car for my toddler and he dances and tries to sing along. Definitely a favorite of ours. I highly reccommend this to parents and children of all ages!"
