90's Trubador

"Michael Tomlinson epitomizes the expression of 90's Vanguard Trubador. His arrangements and vocals weave a light tapestry of enlightenment and poetry. With each of his seven releases, he tells a beautiful story of life, love and friendship. This CD is a wonderful companion on a long drive, hike, jog or day at the beach. Each song reaches out to the next with a little bit of moral, a tad more story and a glimpse at the artist himself. One of my favorites!"

"Michael Tomlinson is an interesting talent. I place him somewhere between Gordon Lightfoot and Joni Mitchell in terms of his poetry skills and musical stylings. Others may disagree but I think this album represents his best effort. I bought it when it was first released in the early '80s, and I still listen to it today. It's a perfect album for a long drive with a special friend."
