The sound is modern and it gives you a more 'dubby' feeling. I really like the horn and the guitar on the music. Recommended!" This is a great album! 'Momento' is an uplifting and upbeat raggaton track while 'Letter to Myself' is one of the most beautiful songs I have heard Michael Rose sing. This track is almost like a soul tune. 'Mama Africa' is a haunting and sparse nyabinghi anthem and many of the other tracks are heavy roots tunes. The album is an interesting mix of styles and also a nice mix of digital and live instruments. I have no hesitation recommending this album and the Dub version of the album (Dub Expectations). Enjoy!"
