CD Reviews

Hell hath no fury like a pop star scorned!
Reginald D. Garrard | Camilla, GA USA | 12/26/2002

"So, MJ is angry at the paparazzi, the general public for its criticism of his perceived unusual behavior, and an invasion of his privacy.Michael, have you forgotten that you have spent your entire life in the public eye?
Michael, did you not know that fame has a price?
Michael, do you have to use the f-word so often on one version of "Scream"?Michael, what do you think I wanted to do after shelling out fifteen bucks for "Invincible"?I think I can SCREAM louder!"
I love(d) this single!!

"Okay, well I am not a big fan of stars collaborating on anything, much less brother and sister, I had to admit, this one was entertaining. Not only was the video off the hook with an all-white, futuristic soundstage (plus expensive at $7 million), it shows two of pop's biggest superstars venting their frustration about the media, lack of privacy, etc. There is even a line that says, "Stop ...with me/Make me wanna scream" Ouch! Did he really say that? Afraid so."
