"I got this CD mid August before it came out. The CD is great. It is not his best work, that is still "The Mysteries Within"
. Every track has a very strong beat that anyone who knows trance and rave style music will love. Almost all the tracks are new except Keep On Path which is a remix of his old song that came out a while ago. This CD has all the tracks blending into one another so it like one non stop mix. The CD is comprised of 13 tracks as well as a bonus DVD documentary about the rave scene and the rise of west coast trance music and the evolution of techno. All of the tracks are original and all have been composed, written and produced by Mars. If you enjoy techno and trance and want to see real trance and real music check out Mars and while your at it, check out the entire bay area trance scene like Mars, Mystre and Dyloot.Track 1: Pachelbel 8000 (8/10)Very peaceful and mellow with a strong beat. Sounds very christmasy but exciting.Track 2: Blessings From Bob (9/10) Very good beat and amazing melody. Super up-beat. One of the best tracks.Track 3: Le Carnival (6/10) Nice deep beat but not a very intersting melody.Track 4: Ghosts In Berlin (10/10)Super nice and fast beat and an amazing uplifting melody. Best track on the CD.Track 5: Thump Station (8/10) Very smoothe beat and a nice tense beat. Makes you lightheaded.Track 6: Warschnitzel (7/10) Nice beat but the melody has an alarm noise that gets tiring. Very danceable. Sounds tribal.Track 7: Fallen (9/10) This is what a true Mars songs sounds like. This sounds like all his classics. Its has a great melody that rises and falls and kickin beat.Track 8: Like 'Um (9/10)This is the only track with words on it. It is extremely fun and has a great beat.Track 9: Peaceful Warrior (7/10) Nice beat and very rave-like. Has an interesting guitarish melody and a standard beat.Track 10: Insomniac 1992 (5/10) Has a very strong beat but no real melody. It is just a deep beat all the way through.Track 11: Garden of Eden - (8/10) Extremely powerful song with a great beat and a strong melody.Track 12: Keep On Path - (10/10) This is a Mars classic which seems to have been slightly remixed. The song becomes ridiculously good midway through and never stops. Track 13: Pachelbel 8000(Electric Wizard Mix) - (9/10)This is remix of track one and it is even better."

"every song on the cd puts you in a different state of mind. this cd is much better than alienaided but second to mystries within, but farther down the pole if compared to his earlier work (electric temple, may peace prevail). This cd is a must for all mars fans."
