This 2 CD set, a collection of 27 tracks, features Mark "Muddyharp" Hodgson and guest artist Noble "Thin Man" Watts in a somewhat autobiographical expose, including some discovery-of-the-blues tunes, road songs, some paeans to blues heroes and just a whole mess of blues inspired by the Mississippi Delta and the tobacco-rich Piedmont area of the southern Atlantic Coast. With his bandoleer of harmonicas, Hodgson proceeds to take the listener on a tour of the Delta to the Piedmont. Hodgson's vast range of talent includes harmonica, guitar and vocals in a very unique way while still paying attention to tradition.
