Not Karaoke - just great music!

"I'd love to be able to give you some direction if you're considering buying this, but it's pretty hard to do so. I'm guessing Mr. Growden himself would agree that his music is hard to catagorize, if not impossible: he is truly one of a kind. Downstairs Karaoke (again, having nothing to do with Karaoke) hops between screetchy rock guitar to quiet bluegrass, from contemplative and expansive poetry to clever and humerous skits. The one thing I can tell you is that it has a lot of heart, and is truly an original piece of music. One of my favorite discs of all time."
