The cover calls it an "Indo Latin Jazz musical experience." Very true. Several compositions emphasize Indian traditions (e.g., tracks 1, 2), and others Latin (e.g., tracks 3, 8), but to my ears these influences simply add layers of interest to some really beautiful, contemplative Jazz arrangements. Between the Lines (track 5) highlights neither Indo nor Latin influences to my ears, but I think it stands out anyway as perhaps the most beautiful track of all."
