Madina Lake, however, is one of the very few who has an entire album full of unskipable songs. I originally heard House of Cards on the radio, thought it catchy and good, and then forgot it for a little while until it inexplicably got stuck in my head. Then I made the desperate and hopeful leap and bought their entire cd instead of just the song and have since fallen in love with it. House of Cards, Pandora, and Stars are probably the most prominent songs which define their sound. The other songs have the potential of fading into the background on the first one or two listens and sounding like most other songs out there, but also have their own distinct qualities. Either way, I would buy their next CD without previewing any of the songs first, and that is really saying something." We put the CD in immediately when we got in the car. She loved it and it took me a day or two to fall in love with this album. We just went to a concert that they were in at the Orpheum in Tampa. AMAZING BAND-GREAT MUSIC-VERY NICE GUYS!! They deserve everything! The CD is awesome! I love every single track-if you like this kind of music you will love it!!!!"
