Mad Buffalo's new CD, Wilderness, features singer/songwriter/guitarist Randy Riviere backed by an all-star band including Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member James Burton on guitar and long-time Willie Nelson band harmonica player, Mickey Raphael. The music on Wilderness is inspired by the years Riviere spent as a wildlife biologist working to protect our rapidly diminishing landscape values. The 12 original songs weave a magnificent tapestry of real people working through honest emotions, all imbued with the spirit of the land and its rich history. Riviere's influences range from The Beatles and Lynyrd Skynyrd to The Band and Neil Young.
